Ciao ragazzi!

I’m so sorry for the delay in posting these photos – Amsterdam photos are coming as well – I’ve just been so swamped with work lately. Teaching is so exhausting!

I was recommended to go to Bruges while I was in Amsterdam by my adopted Italian mother and I’m so happy she suggested it to me. I spent the day absolutely in awe of the beautifully preserved medieval buildings, fell in love with the canals (hence the name: Venice of the North) and loved the winding cobblestone streets.

It took almost 3 hours to get there and back by bus from Amsterdam, but I think it was absolutely worth it. You won’t need more than 4-5 hours though, unless you want to do lots of shopping – there’s a ton of stores, from H&M to designer boutiques, they have it all. Not to mention the dozens of gourmet chocolate stores …

Enjoy 🙂
