Photography 101: Glass

I’ll be posting a photo every day (or at least I’ll try to) for the month of November as part of The Daily Post‘s Photography 101 online workshop. Each day, we are given a new challenge to interpret through our own photography.

In Bruges, I liked experimenting with the crystal-clear glass windows that framed all the chocolate, lace and designer clothing boutiques. I wanted to both capture the warmth inside the shop, and of the rich culture passing by outside.

In this photo, you can see a reflection of the colourful Belgian houses in the upper left-hand corner.
